The Pickers Map is an advertising and listing platform only. We do not organize, conduct, staff, supervise, or participate in any estate sale, garage sale, moving sale, or transaction of any kind. We are not a broker, auctioneer, estate sale company, or party to any sale or transaction listed on our platform.

2. No Verification of Listings

The Pickers Map does not verify the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or legitimacy of any listing on our platform. Sale dates, times, addresses, item descriptions, photos, and prices are provided entirely by the seller and may be inaccurate, misleading, or outdated.

We make no representations or warranties about any listing, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

3. Attend at Your Own Risk

Any person who attends, visits, or interacts with a sale listed on The Pickers Map does so entirely at their own risk. The Pickers Map is NOT responsible or liable for any of the following:

Personal injury or death
Property damage or loss
Theft or burglary
Fraud or misrepresentation by sellers or other buyers
Disputes over purchases, pricing, or item condition
Accidents on sale premises
Exposure to hazardous materials or unsafe conditions
Any other loss, harm, or damage of any kind

Fraudulent listings, wrong addresses & "setups."

Listings are submitted by users and may be inaccurate, outdated, fake, or fraudulent. An address shown may be wrong, may not be the site of an actual sale, may be a private residence with no sale taking place, or — in rare cases — could be posted by a bad actor to lure people to a location (a "setup," scam, or trap). The Pickers Map does not and cannot screen, verify, or guarantee any listing, address, or seller, and is not responsible or liable for any fake, inaccurate, or malicious listing or for anything that happens as a result. You are responsible for independently confirming that a sale is real and legitimate before relying on it or traveling to any location.

For your safety, we strongly recommend:

Do not go alone to an unfamiliar location, especially after dark
Never share financial, banking, or login information with anyone
Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave
Report any suspicious, fake, or unsafe listing to support@thepickersmap.com and contact local law enforcement if you feel unsafe

The Pickers Map is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. All purchases, negotiations, and interactions occur solely between the parties involved. We do not guarantee, approve, or endorse any transaction, and we have no ability to enforce any transaction terms.
