From the creator of Finest Flips

Estate sales & garage sales.
One map. Free forever.

The only platform that puts estate sales and garage sales on the same map. Built by pickers, ridiculously easy to use, and free for everyone.

I'm a full-time picker. I built this because I needed it.

Every weekend, it's the same routine. Wake up early, grab coffee, and spend the next hour jumping between five different websites trying to figure out which estate sales are worth the drive. One site wants $200 just to list. Another company posted on Facebook but didn't include an address. There's a Craigslist post from three weeks ago that might still be active. Maybe.

I'd finally piece together a list, punch addresses into Google Maps one by one, and hope I wasn't wasting my Saturday driving in circles. Half the time, the best sale was 10 minutes from one I'd already passed.

If you're a picker, a reseller, a collector, or just someone who loves the thrill of walking into a house full of vintage treasures and finding that one piece nobody else saw — you know exactly what I'm talking about. The hunt is the best part. The searching shouldn't be.

The existing platforms charge estate sale companies $50 to $200 per listing. Some charge $100 a monthjust to be visible. Small companies can't afford it. Their sales never get seen. Buyers miss out. The whole ecosystem loses.

So I built The Pickers Map — estate sales and garage sales on one map, the easiest experience out there, and completely free. No catches. No fine print.

Running sales and reaching more buyers

We didn't build this in a boardroom. We built it from the same place you are — standing in a driveway at 7 AM, wondering if the sale down the street is any good.

What We Believe

Listing a sale should cost $0. Period.

Charging companies to post a sale is like charging someone to put a sign in their yard. We will never charge to list. Ever.

Sales belong on a map, not buried in a list.

You plan your route visually. You drive visually. So why are estate sales stuck in text lists from 2005? Map-first is the only way that makes sense.

This community deserves better tools.

AI-generated descriptions. Smart route planning. Real-time alerts. The picking world has been ignored by tech for too long. We’re changing that.

We’re not backed by investors. We’re backed by you.

No private equity. No board of directors. Just a small team that loves the hunt as much as you do. Every feature we ship comes from picker feedback.

Where We're Going

We're just getting warmed up.

Right now, we're the best way to find sales on a map. But we're building something much bigger — the homebase for the entire picking community.

Think Zillow, but for estate sales. Every sale in America, discoverable. Companies managing their whole business here. Pickers finding exactly what they're looking for, before anyone else does.

On the roadmap:

Company dashboards & analytics
Saved searches & smart alerts
Advanced route optimization
Photo galleries for every sale
Verified company profiles
Mobile app (iOS & Android)
Auction integration
Community reviews & tips

We ship fast because we use what we build. When something's missing, we feel it too. This is a picker building for pickers— and we're not slowing down.

The map is live. Come find something.

Estate sales, garage sales, moving sales — all on one map, updated in real-time, free to use. Welcome home, picker.
