If content you posted has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error, you have the right to file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • •Your physical or electronic signature
  • •Identification of the removed material and where it was located
  • •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
  • •Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • •A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court where the infringement claim was made

Send your counter-notice to Support@ThePickerMap.com. We will review your counter-notice and may restore the removed content if we determine the removal was made in error.

The Pickers Map maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. Users or accounts with a pattern of repeated copyright violations will have their accounts terminated, and their access to The Pickers Map will be permanently revoked. We will cooperate with law enforcement as required.

  • •Civil liability for damages, court costs, and attorney's fees
  • •Criminal prosecution under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)
  • •Injunction against filing further false claims

Please be careful: Only file a DMCA takedown notice if you are certain your copyright has been infringed. Filing a false claim can have serious legal consequences.
