Prohibited Content
The following items and content are strictly prohibited on The Pickers Map:

- •Firearms, Weapons & Ammunition: Guns, explosives, and related materials
- •Hazardous Materials: Chemicals, asbestos, lead paint, and other dangerous substances
- •Stolen Property: Items known to be stolen or of questionable provenance
- •Counterfeit Goods: Fake, replica, or inauthentic branded merchandise
- •Drugs & Controlled Substances: Illegal narcotics and prescription medications sold without authorization
- •Adult Content: Sexually explicit materials and services
- •Discriminatory Content: Hate speech, racist, sexist, or bigoted material
- •Intellectual Property Violations: Items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities and behaviors are not permitted on The Pickers Map:
- •Fraudulent or Misleading Listings: Posting inaccurate descriptions, using deceptive photos, or misrepresenting items
- •Spam or Unsolicited Messages: Sending unwanted promotional content or messages to other users
- •Harassment or Threats: Bullying, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users
- •Data Scraping, Crawling, or Copying: Any automated or manual collection, copying, downloading, scraping, harvesting, or extraction of data, listings, images, or content from The Pickers Map for any purpose, including republishing on other websites, building databases, competitive analysis, or commercial use, without our express written consent. This includes use of bots, scripts, browser extensions, screen scrapers, headless browsers, APIs, or any other technology. Violations may result in legal action including claims for liquidated damages as specified in our Terms of Service.
- •Fake Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform or circumvent rules
- •Interfering with Platform Operation: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or impair the platform's functionality
- •Impersonating Others: Pretending to be another person or entity
- •Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to The Pickers Map
Seller Obligations
If you are listing items for sale on The Pickers Map, you must:
- •Provide accurate and complete descriptions of all items
- •Include a valid address where the estate sale will take place
- •Provide correct dates and times for the sale
- •Include clear, accurate photos of items in good lighting
- •Comply with all local laws, permits, and zoning regulations applicable to holding an estate sale
Buyer Conduct
As a buyer using The Pickers Map, you agree to:
- •Respect the seller's property and handle items carefully during viewings
- •Attend sales only during the posted hours specified by the seller
- •Not trespass on the property outside of scheduled sale times
Enforcement
We take these policies seriously. The Pickers Map reserves the right to:
- •Remove listings that violate this policy
- •Suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these rules
- •Report illegal activity to authorities as required by law
Important: We enforce this policy at our sole discretion without prior notice. Violations may result in immediate action.
